“I worked at CHS Alternativo as an intern from January to March 2009. The experience was very interesting and particularly enriching for me. It allowed me to realize and understand the complexity of the notion of human trafficking. I have been able to do research to find out about the statistics of Peruvians and Latinos victims of human trafficking in Europe”.

“Also, I worked on writing a lawsuit for the United Nations fund against contemporary forms of slavery. I loved the work environment at CHS Alternativo and I made friends for life.

I will never forget my time at CHS Alternativo because it was a human and professional experience that has allowed me to grow. Thanks to this experience, I am now in charge of the Program to Fight Child Trafficking at the International Office for the Rights of Children in Montreal”.
