sem\u00e1foros, intersecciones y avenidas de la ciudad, la Fiscal\u00eda especializada en delitos de trata de personas de Piura (FISTRAP) encontr\u00f3 a ni\u00f1os vendiendo agua, gaseosas, chocolates, y brindando el servicio de limpia parabrisas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda tom\u00f3 acciones de inmediato y se logr\u00f3 acercar para entablar un di\u00e1logo con los padres, as\u00ed como con los menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe les explic\u00f3 los alcances del delito de Trata de Personas, las modalidades y las sanciones que contempla nuestro ordenamiento para quienes incurran en la comisi\u00f3n del mismo\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se les brind\u00f3 una cartilla que contiene, de manera detallada, informaci\u00f3n relevante de este delito, as\u00ed como de los mecanismos para denunciar y las instituciones comprometidas en la asistencia, prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de dicha modalidad de trata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Unidad de Asistencia a V\u00edctimas y Testigos de Piura \u2013 UDAVIT, a cargo del abogado Jos\u00e9 Luis Vel\u00e1squez Quesqu\u00e9n, y con la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de Trata de Personas de la PNP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ni trabajos ni d\u00e1divas<br><\/strong> El fiscal Provincial, Ricardo Mart\u00ednez Zegarra, los fiscales adjuntos Katterin R\u00edos N\u00fa\u00f1ez y Luis Mart\u00ednez Cardoza, exhortaron a los padres de familia a que no expongan ni obliguen a sus menores hijos a trabajar, ni a solicitar d\u00e1divas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: <a
